When you do this you will stop wearing “Busy” as a badge of honour or feel constant guilt or resentment for your work or aspects of your life, instead you will learn how to be incredibly productive allowing you time to achieve all you want to achieve.

Creating a Purpose and Vision of success is foundational

Being aligned to your Values makes decisions easier reducing work and Stress

Understanding how you get in the way of yourself and how to stop doing this is transformational to your performance, your potential and your wellbeing.

Practicing daily reflection is a fundamental part of learning and changing.

We cannot achieve a sustainable uplift in our performance without understanding what is working and what is not and at quite a granular level, reflection enables this and helps us to maintain our motivation to change.

This is easy to say and much more difficult to do. However it is worth it!

Being busy and stressed and allowing your performance to suffer and even health to suffer as a result is ultimately down to choice.

You may not see this, you may not want to hear this, but deep inside I know you know its true.

You have heard the expression, “We are what we eat” , yes we are.

We are also what we watch on TV and Social Media, who we spend time with, what we spend time doing, how much we allow technology to rule our lives, what exercise we do and so on.

Ultimately our choices lead us to be overwhelmed, with no energy, and feeling we have no control when we do.

It will take a transformative approach and to begin with you will be challenged to stop some things, to let go of some people, to experience new approaches which will feel uncomfortable for a while until they become automatic.

It’s one day at a time!
